Page High & Wood Green Area Action Plan (AAP)

I've just added a page to the Noel Park Net site about Page High and the council's plans for the estate.

Noel Park Net is a website for Noel Park residents and is pretty good. I'm not sure, though, if you have to register or not to read what's on there.
